Sex assault reported on OU campus
The Oakland University Police Department is investigating a reported sex assault that allegedly occurred last week. The incident was reported Nov. 18 to the police department by a female student who said a 22-year-old man, who she had seen on prior occasions, assaulted her in his car in the P-5 parking lot, on the northwest side of campus, at around 5 p.m. Nov. 13, police said.
The suspect, who is not an OU student, is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds. He has short hair and no facial hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a black soccer jersey and black pants. His vehicle is a red, older model Nissan.
Police said they are currently following up on a possible identity of the suspect.
