TSO plays ‘Christmas Eve’ online in lieu of tour

Though the COVID-19 pandemic has scotched its annual tour for the first time since 1999, Trans- Siberian Orchestra is making sure the show goes on. The orchestral rock troupe has recorded a performance of “Christmas Eve and Other Stories Live in Concert,” as well as some other favorites, that streams at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18. Its trademark “bells and whistles” are promised (sans pyro, however). Tickets are $30 with bundled packages also available via tsolivestream.com.
