KERN (DILLOW), MARY LEE

Mary Lee (Dillow) Kern (12-19-1941), age 79, a longtime resident of Highland, Michigan succumbed to congestive heart failure with her daughters at her side on December 22, 2020. Mary grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee. In 1961 she married Carl Kern, Jr., of Milford, Michigan who proceeded her in death in June of 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Roosevelt Dillow and Irene Mammie (Smith) Dillow; her siblings, Robert Theodore Dillow, Everett Dillow, Francis (Dillow) Lee, Henry Dillow, and John “DOC” Robert Dillow. Mary is survived by her daughters, Deborah Irene Kern (Ann Murray), Diana Lorene Kern (Rhonda Weathers), her sister Margaret (Dillow) Prichard (Harvey), and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Mary is also survived by her special friend Bob Kowal of Highland and personal caregiver Debbie Arsneau of White Lake. A PRIVATE visitation will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home on Sunday, December 27th, and a PRIVATE Funeral Service will be held at the West Highland Baptist Church in Highland on Monday, December 28, 2020.
