NOTICE TO POTENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS IN ORION TOWNSHIP WITH UNRECORDED INTERESTS REGARDING ITC’S INTENT TO CONSTRUCT A TRANSMISSION LINE

-

ITC will construct a new overhead 120,000-volt (120 kV) transmission line to connect the Bloomfield-Sunbird and the Pontiac-Sunbird 120kV circuits. The line route will be constructed through portions of Orion Township in Oakland County.

• ITC is seeking to learn of individuals or entities who have an interest in property along the transmission line route, such as, without limitation, unrecorded leases, farming agreements or other similar interests. The term “Property” means land, buildings, structures, tenements, hereditaments, easements, tangible and intangible property, and property rights whether real, personal, or mixed, including fluid mineral and gas rights.

• You must call ITC’s Customer Line, 877.ITC.ITC9 OR 877.482.4829, if you are not listed below but believe you are an “Owner” in the “Property” to be acquired for the Transmission Line.

In order to construct the Transmission Line, it is necessary to acquire certain permanent private property easements, including a Permanent Electric Transmission Line Easement (“Easement”), over the following identified properties:
