Police report 2 more teen runaways, third since Monday
Southfield police are requesting assistance from the public in locating two teens who reportedly left their homes voluntarily on Tuesday.
One of the runaways is Curtis Blaydes, 17, who police describe as a black male with a medium complexion, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. He was wearing an orange sweatshirt and blue jeans, police said.
In the other case, Amyrah Williams, 15, is described as a black female with a medium complexion, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing 145 pounds. She has waist-length, braided hair. She was wearing a black Fila jacket, black and red-checkered pajama pants and black Crocs, police said.
The two cases follow another runaway case reported by Southfield police this week. She’s described as black with a medium complexion, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing approximately 130 pounds, according to the Southfield Police Department. She has shoulder-length, straight brown hair and brown eyes.
Police have not indicated that any of the cases are related.
