SHRIMP TACOS Serves 1 Cilantro lime sour cream

½ cup sour cream 4 ta­ble­spoons fine chopped cilantro ½ tea­spoon cumin Juice and zest from 2 limes Salt and pep­per to taste

Com­bine all in­gre­di­ents in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Tacos

3 flour tor­tillas ½ pound shrimp ½ cup pico de gallo 1 cup shred­ded let­tuce ½ av­o­cado, diced ¼ cup juli­enned onions ½ ta­ble­spoon minced gar­lic Salt and pep­per

Be­gin by plac­ing a ta­ble­spoon of oil or but­ter in a sauté pan. Once hot, add the onions and minced gar­lic, cook un­til onions are translu­cent. Add in the shrimp and sauté 2 min­utes on each side or un­til fully cooked. Warm the tor­tillas and fill evenly with let­tuce, pico and av­o­cado. Evenly dis­trib­ute the shrimp and onions, fin­ish with a driz­zle of the cilantro lime sour cream.
