Saluti! Estero residents and visitors to the Coconut Point mall have not one but two new options to satisfy their cravings for pizza.

MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company has opened its latest location at 8076 Mediterranean Drive, Suite 107, between Starbucks and Panera Bread, near the mall entrance on U.S. Route 41. It serves authentic Neapolitan pizza, known for its chewy and crisp dough topped with fresh, all-natural, mostly non-GMO ingredients baked in a completely open, centrally located kitchen.

Also on the menu are appetizers, cheese dishes, salads, authentic Italian gelato and Nutella calzones. Wood-fire roasted coffee, gourmet tea, craft beer and wine are available.

Just across U.S. 41 from the mall, Pie Five Pizza Co. opened its new location at 22905 Lyden Drive. The fast-casual concept pizzeria is recognized across the country for its fully customizable pizzas—prepared and ready in five minutes or less.

Pie Five offers more than 40 fresh toppings, seven sauces and three made-from-scratch crusts, along with gluten-free crust and vegan cheese options. Franchisee Jeffrey Parker says they’re looking forward to becoming a well-known, integral part of the local community.

“Estero is a growing community that deserves an exceptional pizza experience, all in about five minutes. Our clean, comfortable and friendly environment—combined with speedy service and quality ingredients—is perfect for every pizza lover,” Parker notes.
