Love for libraries

Re: “No longer will I take voting for granted,” by Nancy M. Preyor-Johnson, Other Views, April 25:

Since learning to read, I have loved books and libraries. As a retired school librarian, I know their importance; hence, I want to thank columnist Nancy M. Preyor-Johnson for her wonderful commentary. I also want to encourage San Antonians to visit libraries and remind elected officials that libraries are important and deserve adequate funding.

It felt so good to step into the Tobin Library, as Preyor-Johnson suggested!
