1. Concert

Clint Black, the celebrated country singer behind the No. 1 singles “Killin’ Time,” “A Better Man” and “Like the Rain,” is back with a new album, “Out of Sane.”

2. Stage

Classic Theatre wraps up its season of outdoor shows with the long-delayed staging of “Our Town,” Thornton Wilder’s celebratio­n of everyday life. The show was just a few days away from opening when the pandemic hit. Most of the gifted original cast hung in, as did director Mark Stringham.

3. Comedy

Taylor Tomlinson is one of the rising stars of stand-up comedy. She followed up appearance­s on “Last Comic Standing” and “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” with an acclaimed Netflix special, “Quarter Life Crisis.”

4. Streaming

Jean Smart stars in “Hacks,” one of the year’s most anticipate­d shows, as a comedy legend a la Joan Rivers who needs to freshen up her Vegas act. She hires a young writer (Hannah Einbinder) who’s looking for work after her career was derailed by an offensive tweet.

Premieres Thursday on HBO Max.

5. Movie

Angelina Jolie stars in “Those Who Wish Me Dead,” based on the book by bestsellin­g author Michael Koryta. She plays a survival expert based in Montana who must protect a young witness to a murder from both the killers and a rapidly spreading wildfire.

Opens Friday in theaters and on HBO Max.

6. Album

Indie sensation St. Vincent, aka singer and guitarist Annie Clark, has a good shot at broadening her audience with “Daddy’s Home.” The album, which she previewed on “Saturday Night Live,” is influenced by classic rock acts such as Pink Floyd and David Bowie.
