Villa De San Antonio on top again

-

When visitors enter the front door at Villa de San Antonio Senior Living, they are welcomed by a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Residents and staff are so friendly and inviting. The culture at Villa de San Antonio draws people in, without a doubt. It is no surprise to those who know the community, that Villa de San Antonio has been voted Best Assisted Living and also Best Retirement Community, two years running.

This is not your average Senior Living. The “Villa”, as residents lovingly call it, feels like home. There is always something fun happening, and residents dine like royalty. Food here is world class. Our menu has countless entrées, all made from scratch.

When asked what makes the community so special, Mary Lou Hymel, a Villa resident of four years says, “Our staff and our fantastic food in the dining room make this a very happy home!”

Stop by any day and you’ll see lively happy hour parties, card games, exercise classes, water aerobics, wine tastings, yoga, book club gatherings, astronomy presentations; the list goes on and on.

Villa de San Antonio is also about balance. For as much fun as residents have partying, they also share a deep connection to their faith. The Saint Anthony Chapel at Villa de San Antonio welcomes residents and guests into the beautiful reverent space for prayer. Having daily Mass and Rosary is something that makes the community very unique.

The staff and residents want to give a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to the readers of The San Antonio Express News for this wonderful honor.
