Austin Baroque Orchestra is playing its first concert here since May 2022. The program, titled “Serenissima,” features music composed in and inspired by 17th-century Venice. The ensemble will be joined by five vocalists.

2. Movie
Arthouse at Blue Star, Slab Cinema’s eclectic indoor space, is screening “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me,” director David Lynch’s big-screen prequel to his television series. The movie follows the troubled final days of Laura Palmer, the homecoming queen whose murder kicks off the show.

Just in time for his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Willie Nelson has released “Energy Follows Thought” (Morrow, $50), telling the stories behind his songs, from “Night Life” to “Last Man Standing.”

4. Stage
“Annie” returns to the Majestic Theatre as part of the Broadway in San Antonio series. The much-adored musical follows a scrappy orphan who wins the heart of the cranky industrialist with whom she spends the holidays. 5. Concert
Country superstar Wynonna Judd, who is known for her solo work as well as the music she made with her late mother Naomi Judd, headlines the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts’ big annual fundraiser.
