Ted Gary Passailaigue, born July 27, 1934 in San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 4, 2024. The son of Guy Wentworth Passailaigue and Florence Margaret Corn, Ted was born and raised in San Antonio where he attended Jefferson High School. He began working at the San Antonio Express News before joining the United States Navy in 1953. He proudly served our nation as an aerial photographer until 1957. Ted then returned to the San Antonio Express News, where he resumed his career as a photo engraver until his retirement in 1997.

In 1985, Ted and Linda Grace Campbell married to form an unforgettable bond for them to cherish the rest of their lives. Throughout their years together, they enjoyed country dancing, and would often go to the Texas coast on fishing trips, both of which they were very passionate about. Ted was a loving father and a devoted Christian. He loved the Lord, and his church family meant so much to him. He was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church for 55 years where he served as an usher.
