Another shot of Todd
Next year will mark the 25th anniversary of “Songs for the Daily Planet,” the major-label debut by Todd Snider. That was the first stop on a journey that began at Gruene Hall, where a young Snider saw Jerry Jeff Walker perform and was inspired to become a songwriter. Every year since has added more great songs — “Beer Run,” “Play a Train Song,” “Looking for a Job.” This is the second night of a twonight stand.
