Wall vs. electronics

The now defunct Soviet Union built a concrete wall to separate its people from surrounding democracies. Trump’s wall has different motives, I believe, and the central questions are those of effectiveness and cost. I suggest the differing parties in our government agree on an experiment to fairly and carefully compare a wall exclusion method to an electronic separation method. Use equivalent sites from the geographic point of view and record trespasses for one year and decide which method is better. Carefully design the experiment
