Crossers fearless

-

Lou Dagel suggests that an electronic wall would be more of a deterrent than physical ones because “crossers” would know they would be detected (“Try an e-wall,” Your Turn, Jan. 8).

Interestingly, Page A8 on the same day of his letter showed illegals climbing over a short fence. Mr. Dagel, if a photographer is there to shoot a photo, that tells me the illegals do not fear detection. Often you see pictures of them coming in with Border Patrol agents standing right in front of them.

With current immigration laws providing the favoritism/care they get once here, they could care less if they’re detected.

Cruz must not be considering all his Texas constituents. Many of the people I know in San Antonio are very aware of the Mueller investigation; our news sources are carrying the story because we are reading about it.

Cruz’s erroneous knowledge in this area brings to question his statements about the need for border security based only on the wall and the position of Democrats on border security, and his characterization of Donald Trump’s affection for Vladimir Putin as trifling. Mendacity seems to be a problem for the senator and his president. people not see the simplicity of this plan like the genius representative from New York?

In a very short period of time in Washington, she discovered the magical orchard of GreenWood trees where you harvest unlimited $100 bills 24 hours a day. With newfound renewables, she will orchestrate the most dramatic impact that mankind has ever seen, the United States of Utopia!
