WALLACE D. COLLINS

-

October 9, 1952 - January 13, 2019 following the game Saturday night, Wallace called for the removal of head coach, Jason Garrett, and began his journey to the Lord, taking with him nothing more than what he had entered...not a stitch! Today, Wallace wakes up in Heaven, doing what he has done for the past 16 years, post liver transplant, reading the obituaries searching for his own. Well done, Dad, you have concluded this final chapter of an exceptional life in a style only you could have pulled off. Your children, David and Christy are at peace that you are with those you missed so much: Mom-Gladys, GrandadAaron, Memaw-Vina, cousin-Alan, Aunt Jo, OmaB, and Uncle Oliver. Life will never taste the same, but your grandchildren, Connor, Levi, Boone, Audrey, and Collin, will carry your legacy. Your saga will be shared by so many. Your wife, Robin, will Always Love You! See Mission Park Funeral Chapels South at www.missionparks.com for service & celebration details. On January 13, 2019, 1:47 am, Wallace Collins, beloved Grandad, Uncle Wallace, or just Wally to so many, joined his Lord, God, and savior Jesus Christ following an 18-month battle with cancer. On 7 January, he announced to family & friends he would discontinue further treatment, opting to enter Hospice. A lifelong, diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, Wallace promised he would fight as long the Cowboys were in the playoffs. Immediately
