NOTABLE

The Spurs have opened their rodeo road trip at 0-4, their longest losing streak of the season. The team has not lost as many as five in a row since a six-game skid in March and April 2011. No member of the current roster was with the club at the time.

Memphis owns the secondworst record in the Western Conference, but has beaten the Spurs twice in three matchups this season. With another victory, the Grizzlies would claim the season series for the first time since 2004-05.

Since the last time the Spurs saw them, Jan. 9, the Grizzlies have added seven new players – Bradley, Caboclo, Dorsey, Miles, Valanciunas, Washburn and Wright. Three came in a trade that sent franchise mainstay Marc Gasol to Toronto. This marks the first time the Spurs will face Memphis without a Gasol on the roster since 2000-01.
