Free Snooze eats for a lucky few

- Compiled from staff reports

Snooze is offering some lucky San Antonians free food next week.

To celebrate the soft opening of the Alamo City’s third location, at 11745 Interstate 10, the Denver-based restaurant is offering a “Community Day” with free breakfast eats for special invitees from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Though guests will not be charged for their meals, donations for San Antonio Pets Alive! — a local organization that works to save animals that are awaiting euthanasia — are strongly encouraged.

The new location, at The Strand at Huebner Oaks, joins predecessors at the Quarry Market, which opened in 2017, and a 5-month-old installment at The Vineyard, at 1305 N. Loop 1604. The upcoming Snooze offers a dog-friendly patio.

Snooze, which opened its first restaurant in 2006, also serves breakfast in Colorado, California and Arizona.
