“Creed II”: It’s a big week for sequels. Start with the latest from the Rocky universe because Sylvester Stallone isn’t getting any younger and Michael B. Jordan is just getting better. In this one, Adonis ( Jordan) sets his sights on the son of the boxer who killed his father in the ring, Ivan Drago. (That was in “Rocky IV.”)
Also: “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindewald,” “Ralph Breaks the Internet”
Reissue
“Horror Express”: Reissue specialist Arrow Films recently has released deluxe versions of fairly well-known films such as “A Fish Called Wanda,” “12 Monkeys” and “Gosford Park.” But rescuing all-but-forgotten curiosities like “Horror Express” remains its forte. Agatha Christie fans would recognize the setting: an early 20th century transSiberian train occupied by an array of distinctive characters. But not even Hercule Poirot would know what to do about the prehistoric, brain-draining monster that’s on board. Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing star. (Arrow Films Blu-ray)

“The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then The Bigfoot”: That’s quite the title, and it’s neither a joke nor a metaphor — it’s what the movie is about. A fabled World War II veteran is recruited for a final mission, to track and kill the equally fabled creature, which authorities have determined is infecting humans with a “plague type thing.” Would you feel better about the movie if The Man were played by Sam Elliott? Well, he is.
