Lick ice cream shop to open in Hemisfair

Get ready for a brain freeze, San Antonio. The Austin-based Lick Honest Ice Creams has announced plans to open a second Alamo City location.

The new 720-square-foot scoop shop will be inside the historic Smith House at 623 Hemisfair Boulevard, Suite D, in Hemisfair.

The business is projected to open in January. The Pearl location will continue to operate.
