The Spurs downgraded forward/center Zach Collins from probable to out a few hours before Wednesday's game.

Collins has been sidelined for the past 10 games after suffering a nondisplaced fracture of his left fibula in a win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Nov. 4.

“He's just not ready yet,” Popovich said. “We thought he might be, but he's not.”

Collins' status for Friday's game is uncertain. The same is true of guard Josh Richardson, who missed Wednesday's outing after spraining his right ankle in practice Tuesday.

Wednesday marked the return of guard Romeo Langford, who had three points on 1-of-7 shooting and two steals in 23 minutes off the bench after missing five games while in the NBA'S health and safety protocols.
