“Bones and All”: The latest from Italian director Luca Guadagnino (“Call Me By Your Name”) is a love story/road movie involving cannibals and a talented ensemble cast that includes Timothée Chalamet, Mark Rylance, Andre Holland, Taylor Russell and Chloé Sevigny. 2 hours 10 minutes. R (language throughout, brief graphic nudity, some sexual content, strong, bloody violent content)

“Devotion”: Jonathan Majors (“Lovecraft Country”), Glen Powell and Joe Jonas star in a drama set among fighter pilots in the Korean War. 2 hours 19 minutes. PG-13 (strong language, some war action and violence, smoking)

“The Fabelmans”: Steven Spielberg’s latest is a semi-autobiogra­phical story of a boy in the ’60s who decides he wants to be a filmmaker. Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Seth Rogen, Judd Hirsch and Gabriel Labelle star. 2 hours 31 minutes. PG-13 (some strong language, drug use, brief violence, thematic elements)

“Strange World”: Jake Gyllenhaal and Gabrielle Union are among the voice cast in an animated film about a family of explorers from director Qui Nguyen, who made the lauded “Raya and the Last Dragon.” 1 hour 42 minutes. PG (some thematic elements, action and peril)
