San Antonio housing market

The slowdown in San Antonio’s housing market continued in October, with another drop in year-over-year sales and the eighth consecutive month with an increase in available homes. Sales were down almost 20 percent from October 2021, and inventory rose to 3.3 months. The median price was up 8 percent from a year earlier at $323,190.
