Members of Georgia Stand-up and We Vote encourage people to cast ballots Tuesday near the Metropolitan Library in Atlanta. Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock and Republican football legend Herschel Walker were locked in a heated runoff. The outcome will determine whether Democrats have a 51-49 Senate majority or control a 50-50 chamber with Vice President Kamala Harris’ tiebreaking vote.
