The angels came and took Eleonore Schwesinge­r Seastrum to her permanent home on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the early age of 65. Having the bold and fierce nature and being German born in Rindelbach, Germany, nothing would stand in her way! For many years, she worked for the US Army at Stuttgart, Frankfurt, and Wiesbaden. She met and married the love of her life, Daniel Seastrum, and for nearly 40 years, traveled with him half way around the world. After leaving Germany, Eleonore was always employed, which prepared her to start her own successful business. Her passion for yorkies

December 8, 1956 - February 24, 2023

and birds led her to the pet care industry where she built a successful grooming and pet accessory business. After she sold those businesses, Eleonore pursued her life long desire of buying homes, lending money and remodeling houses.

Eleonore was fearless, strong willed, focused and was constantly learning, asking questions and then listening to become better in her business endeavors. She did not know what the word “can’t” meant and would always challenge others, and herself to make her business a win-win. She was a dynamo, approachin­g every challenge with zeal and enthusiasm.

Eleonore never met a stranger and would talk to everyone! If you were a friend of hers, you could always count on her! She lived life to the fullest and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Eleonere is survived by her husband, Daniel Seastrum; and daughter, Michelle Albus. Chapel services will be held Friday, March 10, 2023, at 3:00 pm, at Porter Loring Mortuary North, 2102 N. Loop 1604 E. Private burial will be in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
