Cavender Auto Group to honor active duty military by giving away a new vehicle each quarter to a nominated military hero

Community invited to submit nominations

-

Cavender Auto Group is giving back to our military in a big way by launching a new program that will donate a new car every quarter to an active-duty military member. What’s more, they are offering free oil changes for life to active duty and military veterans who purchase a new or used vehicle through Cavender Auto Group. It’s all part of the company’s Cavender Cares philanthropic focus.

For the quarterly giveaway, people can nominate an active duty “military hero” who lives in Bexar, Comal, Kendall, Guadalupe, Hays, or Caldwell County. A drawing will be held to determine the winner. Nominations for the first giveaway are open June 1st - 23rd with drawing on June 30th. The first vehicle being given away is a Ford Escape. Winners will be announced on Facebook Live.

“At Cavender Auto Group, we wanted to find a better way to serve and appreciate the military members in our community and thank them for their service,” said Chief Operating Officer Rob Cavender. “We are thrilled that with this quarterly giveaway, we are going to be positively impacting many more of our military heroes.”
