Peter Masterson Turnbull

Peter Masterson Turnbull passed away at home on February 11, 2024. He was born on March 12, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to Mary Lee “Peggy” Masterson and Charles Turnbull. Peter is a graduate of Alamo Heights High School. After graduation, he attended The University of Houston.

Peter was a home builder for 40 years, a job he loved. Through his work he met numerous people he worked for and that he became close friends with.

March 12, 1946 - February 11, 2024

Peter loved fishing and Peter is preceded in hunting. He spent many death by his parents and afternoons and weekends brothers, Charles Graham thoroughly enjoying both Turnbull, Jr. and Robert on the Texas Coast and Thomson Turnbull. Peter outside of San Antonio. is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Harding Turnbull; daughter, Mills Buchek (Tres); and granddaughter Mary Louise Buchek, whom he adored.

Peter belonged to The San Antonio Country Club, The Argyle, and The San Antonio German Club and was a proud broad member of CCA for many years. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, where in later years he very much enjoyed the “The Good Old Days” group.
