Julia Rosalie Guajardo Obregon, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully of natural causes at The Village of Incarnate Word Retirement Center.. Rose , as she liked to be called, was born September 8, 1925 in Files Valley Texas to Lorenzo M. Guajardo and Eduvijes Trevino Guajardo.
She was a resident of Houston in West University Place and San Antonio Texas, Alamo Heights. She lived the last 12 years in San Antonio to be close to her two daughters , Olga Gately and Sylvia Jaye. Rose is preceded in death by her husband Sixto Obregon, a manufacturing jeweler, one brother, Lawrence and four sisters, Anita, Marguerite,
