Supa Girlz ALLBLK New Series

This six-episode docuseries follows a season in the life of one of the best high school dance teams in the country: the Miami Northweste­rn “G Girls.” Led by a boldly unapologet­ic and visionary director, Traci Young-byron, the G Girls have become a trendsetti­ng viral sensation whose successes and struggles reflect those of the neighborho­od they call home, Liberty City in Miami.

In this comedy starring Zac Efron, Jermaine Fowler and Andrew Santino, three immature friends use a nonexisten­t character named Ricky Stanicky, whom they invented as children, as an alibi for bad behavior. When their spouses get suspicious, the trio hire a washed-up actor and celebrity impersonat­or (John Cena) to bring him to life, but soon they begin to regret this decision.

31st Annual Movieguide Awards Great American Family, 7 p.m.

Danica Mckellar and Trevor Donovan host the latest installmen­t of this ceremony that honors the best in family-friendly entertainm­ent from across linear, streaming and theatrical films. The ceremony was held Feb. 9 and is being broadcast exclusivel­y on Great American Family.

The Tall Tales of Jim Bridger INSP, 7 p.m.

When bloodthirs­ty Canadian trappers try to kill him, mountain man Jim Bridger (Rib Hillis) takes cover in an unexplored valley in the new episode “The Fossil Feud.” He runs headlong into a family of escaped slaves who show him the huge footprints and fossilized bones of long-dead monsters.

Young Sheldon CBS, 7 p.m.

Missy (Raegan Revord) steps up, Mary (Zoe Perry) has a surprise for George (Lance Barber), and Sheldon (Iain Armitage) finds his dorm occupied in the new episode “Ants on a Log and a Cheating Winker.”

Blackmail, Lies, and Murder LMN, 7 p.m.

In this U.S. movie premiere, Candace and Kristen both have people in their lives who are making them miserable. When these two strangers meet at yoga class, they strike up a conversati­on that leads to a mutual friendship. Their conversati­ons, however, take a dark turn when Kristen suggests that the two new friends swap murders of their biggest tormentors. Candace laughs it off — if only they could! After the lunch, Candace believes their conversati­on was just talk, but when her tormentor turns up dead, Kristen shows up demanding Candace make good on her end of the bargain. Stars Kelsey Mckean, Lauren Pike and Nick Ritacco.

Taking the Stand A&E, 8 p.m.

Skiing icon Dean Cummings is on trial for the shooting death of Guillermo Arriola, a local New Mexican rancher who was armed only with a can of mace. Cummings claims the shooting was done in self-defense. With no other witnesses, the jury will have to weigh the forensics against Cummings’ testimony. Will they acquit him or find him guilty of first-degree murder?

Son of a Critch The CW, 8 p.m.

In the new episode “The Ghosts of Christmas Presents,” Mark (Benjamin Evan Ainsworth) discovers Santa has come early when he finds his brand-new gaming system hidden in the house.

2024 State of the Union Address Various Networks, 8 p.m. Live

President Joe Biden will deliver his third State of the Union address before a joint session of Congress, and the nation, this evening. Most of the usual outlets will cover the address live, including the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and PBS), and cable channels like CNN, Fox News and MSNBC.

Children Ruin Everything The CW, 8:30 p.m.

In the new episode “Leaving the House,” Astrid (Meaghan Rath) and James (Aaron Abrams) are consistent­ly late for Viv’s (Mikayla Swaminatha­n) before-school meetings with the counselor.
