Palm Royale Apple TV+ New Series
A heavy-hitting cast of scene-stealers — the famous faces include Carol Burnett, Kristen Wiig, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin and Laura Dern — are featured in this raucous series about life at a swanky Palm Beach country club in 1969, loosely based on Juliet Mcdaniel’s novel Mr. and Mrs. American Pie. The 10 episodes begin with Wiig’s penniless Maxine Simmons, who will cross any line to become a part of the Palm Beach elite, as she sneaks into the Palm Royale and attempts to infiltrate the wealthy clique of women who run high society.

In the new episode “Hanging in Dorms With Boys and the Secret Life of Men,” Darlene (Sara Gilbert) urges Ben (Jay R. Ferguson) to make some male friends, as he feels anxious about turning 50.

Top Chef Bravo, 8 p.m. Season Premiere
The cooking competition is back for Season 21, with new host Kristen Kish (winner of Season 10) joining head judge Tom Colicchio and perennial judge Gail Simmons at the judges’ table as they head to Wisconsin — specifically, the energetic culinary scenes of
Milwaukee and Madison. There, a new batch of 15 rising star chefs will vie for the coveted title, bringing their unique skill sets, culinary heritage and innovative flavors. This season, each episode will be supersized and run 75 minutes.

In the new episode “Tortoises and Labradors,” Frank (Joel Mchale) unearths an illegal animal-smuggling ring and Shred’s (Michael Rowland) first night shift introduces him to the world of Furry parties.

In the new episode “Red Flag,” Violet (Hanako Greensmith) clashes with her new partner, Severide (Taylor Kinney) discovers a hidden stash of money on a call and squares off against the cops working the case, and Mouch (Christian Stolte) gets a parking ticket.

Last Chance Garage New Series

Specialty car restoration mistakes are much more common than you’d think, and each episode of this new series features a car with a horrifying backstory: multiple shops, years lost and tens of thousands of dollars in sunk costs. On the flip side of that struggle, audiences will see the customer and learn about their unique and often deeply personal connection to their car as Tony D’antonio and his Philadelphia-area garage, D’antonio Automotive, set out to restore it.
