NOTABLE

The injury-plagued Grizzlies are 11-25 since Jan. 7, when Morant went on the shelf with a shoulder injury. Memphis has gone 3-8 in March.

The Grizzlies have won 12 in a row against the Spurs, with their last defeat in the series coming Dec. 23, 2020. That was the season-opener of the 2020-21 season, delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and played without fans in attendance at the Fedex Forum in Memphis.

The Spurs are averaging 29.8 assists per game, second-most in the NBA behind Indiana. That is on pace to snap the franchise season record of 28.8, set in 1983-84.
