Fallout Prime Video New Series
This adaptation of the globally popular video game is set 219 years after a nuclear event that’s driven survivors to take shelter in subterranean vaults across Earth. A darkly comic and all-new storyline follows Lucy (Ella Purnell), who has lived her entire life below ground. After a startling turn of events, she returns to the surface, where a mechanical-armored soldier from the Brotherhood of Steel and his sidekick (Aaron Moten), radiated roaches and Walton Goggins as a noseless bounty hunter called the Ghoul are poised to make a mess of her mission. All eight episodes are available today.

Ultimate matchmaker Patti Stanger will team up with The Bachelor‘s Nick Viall to help singles find love while teaching them the tools to “become the most eligible versions of themselves” in this new dating series.

During the final mixer, the ladies meet the farmers’ families and get to know them better in the new episode “Farmers’ Family Dinner.”
Elkhorn INSP, 8 p.m. New Series
This original 10-episode drama is inspired by Theodore Roosevelt’s first months in the Badlands of the Dakota Territory as he struggles to establish his ranch, Elkhorn. Along the way, he disarms a barroom bully, faces down hired guns, tracks down horse thieves, kills a grizzly bear, forms lifelong friendships and begins to transform himself into the man who will be forever identified as “The Cowboy President.”
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit NBC, 8 p.m.
Star Mariska Hargitay directed this episode, “Children of Wolves,” in which a teenager found unconscious in the park leads to a missing-persons investigation. Meanwhile, Benson (Hargitay) must help Noah (Ryan Buggle) come to terms with the past when he questions the origins of his birth.
