Beyond Fiesta, there’s still plenty to do. Here are the weekend’s arts and entertainment highlights:

Nate Bargatze: Tennessee native Bargatze was one of the hottest stand-ups on the road today even before he got a boost from a “Saturday Night Live” hosting gig. Bad Religion and Social Distortion: this
These uncompromising L.A. hardcore bands band together for a blistering double bill. Fronted by singer Greg Gaffigan, Bad Religion has been making music since the ’80s distinguished by its melodic sense, harmonies and engagement with social issues. On albums such as “Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell,” Social Distortion’s Mike Ness revs up roots rock and lands somewhere between the Sun Records and the Clash. 7 p.m. today, Boeing Center at Tech Port, 3331 General Hudnell Drive. San Antonio Philharmonic:
The musicians are joined by guest violinist Vadim Gluzman, who will direct the concert and serve as soloist. The program features Jolán Berta’s arrangement of Alfred Schnittke’s “Suite in the Old Style for Strings,” Mozart’s Symphony No. 25 and Beethoven’s Violin Concerto. 7:30 p.m. today-saturday, First Baptist Church of San Antonio, 515 Mccullough. $35-$75, saphil.org. Sawyer Brown:
“Desperados Troubadours,” the first new album by Sawyer Brown in a decade, was produced by Blake Shelton. Along with the documentary “Get Me to the Stage on Time,” it’s the latest chapter in a career that dates back to the early ’80s in Nashville and includes three No. 1 country hits, “Some Girls Do,” “Step That Step” and “Thank God For You.” 7 p.m. today, Stable Hall, 307 Pearl Parkway. $49-$59, stablehall.com.
“Better Butter”: The latest edition of Jump-start Performance Co.’s series spotlights original nonfiction stories performed by a diverse

San Antonio Dance Festival: The two-day festival spotlights a range of dance. The Showcase spotlights area performers 7 and older performing all kinds of genres; it takes place at 7 p.m. today. Tickets cost $14. The Grand Performance features professional dancers from around the world, as well as San Antonio companies and dancers, including Sumrset Movement and San Antonio Dance Company. 7 p.m. today; 7:30 p.m. Saturday; $30. Pablo Francisco:

Hot Mulligan: Fall Out Boy tour mates Hot Mulligan share the band’s penchant for memorable songs titles, such as “Shhhh! Earth Day: The city’s official Earth Day celebration includes tree and plant giveaways, family activities, vendors selling vegan and vegetarian fare, and music

Red Bull Batalla: Red Bull’s freestyle Spanish-language rap competition returns during Fiesta. The competition will feature 16 emcees, including five from Texas, vying for a spot in the national finals. Hunter Hayes: Country singer Hayes was just 21 when he released his chart-topping single “Wanted” in 2012. “Lovers & Fighters: Prints by Latino Artists in the SAMA Collection”: The exhibit features prints dealing with love, power and struggle created at printmaking studios in Mexico City, Austin and other cities. Bad Omens: Metal band Bad Omens, which was formed about a decade ago in Richmond, Va., had a
