LA MESA SUMMIT ESTATES
The La Mesa City Council unanimously approved a new residential subdivision to start soon.
Nestled high on a scenic hilltop, La Mesa Summit Estates was designed with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape in mind. The gated community of 30 homes features the ideal combination of location, design and functionality.
Homes will feature three stylish, single-level floor plans and two-story floor plans, with four to five bedrooms and three to five bathrooms.
Each home will have a multigenerational suite, which features a master bedroom with full bathroom, kitchenette, a media center, stacked washer-dryer and a separate entrance. This allows grandparents or a boomerang adult child to live in a supportive extended family environment while still maintaining a feeling of independence.
By reserving a home ahead of time, buyers can customize their home for mobility-restricted family members, and add the custom finishes to fit each homeowner’s particular desires.
Every home in La Mesa Summit Estates will be built upon The Phair Company’s platform of earth-friendly and smart-home design and construction: Renewable or sustainable materials, energy-efficient HVAC systems with Wi-fi remote control programmable thermostats, tankless water heaters, rooftop solar, plumbing for gray water use in xeriscape drought-tolerant landscaping, Energy Starrated appliances, fire sprinklers, non-voc paints and an electric vehicle charging station in each garage.
Prices for homes at La Mesa Summit Estates are anticipated to start in the mid-$900,000s.
