2 LUXURY ESTATES BRING RECORD-BREAKING SALES TO MDD
Mccullough Design Development (MDD Homes) announced record-breaking sales this week with two luxury estates in escrow.
The first is at its newest residence, which neighbors Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, in the rolling hills of Rancho Santa Fe. After the successful grand opening less than one month ago, the home stands out as MDD’S newest chapter in design. The storyteller’s twist on California-spanish architecture pairs a smooth stone and stucco exterior with contemporary features and lush landscaping.
The custom builder’s new modern farmhouse showcase model has also sold, and it represents a modern interpretation of the classic homestead. The design portrays contemporary balance with the latest features and finishes, exuding a juxtaposition of warm wood elements with mixed metals throughout the space.
At MDD Homes, curiosity fuels their living spaces to be beautiful and functional. How they design their homes leads to intentional choices that make them interesting and inspiring places to live. The creative attention to detail speaks to the soul about authenticity and individuality, yet also taking care to address practical connectivity needs.
With the company currently sold out of move-in-ready homes, they will roll out additional homes in early 2021.
“We’ve got exciting things coming,” said Monty Mccullough, president and owner of MDD Homes.
“We’ve committed more closely than ever on designing residential amenities and spaces that encourage interaction, build memories and are multipurpose, so they effortlessly adapt today and far into the future,” he said.
While finished homes are on the way, the builder has a few pieces of estate property ready to suit custom clients in Rancho Santa Fe, West Carmel Valley and Encinitas.
“As much as we love building finished homes we love working with our custom clients to build their vision,” said Lori Mccullough, co-owner.
“The possibilities with MDD are endless and are designed with purpose and imagination,” she said.
