Pardee Homes newest condominium neighborhood opening this November at Playa del Sol
Pardee Homes plans to unveil new premium condominiums in south San Diego next month. The Marea neighborhood will open at Playa del Sol, which is just off Otay Mesa Road near Interstate 805 and I-905. The two- and three-story homes are a mix of modern and eclectic architecture. The units boast a cool urban style but maintain the warmth and comforts of a classic home. Starting in the low $400,000s, Marea is a great option for first-time homebuyers, growing families and empty nesters. Marea’s innovative designs and multilevel floor plans are also a good choice for prospective buyers working from home. The condominiums range between 1,321 and 1,875 square feet and include two to four bedrooms, up to three and a half bathrooms and two-bay garages. Marea and the larger master-planned Playa del Sol community offer an array of amenities, such a resort-style pool and spa, spacious fitness center, community clubhouse and outdoor gathering areas. Marea is also within a short drive to beaches, entertainment venues, restaurants and employment hubs.
