Inspired design

With understated elegance and a sleek contemporary aesthetic, this new home on La Jolla’s Bird Rock waterfront was designed to experience the exceptional blufftop location. Sweeping ocean views seamlessly integrate with the new modern masterpiece, which fuses natural elements of light, water and fire into its holistic design. The home, sited to one side of the property to maximize impact, not only captures commanding southern and western views, but also the sounds, breezes and many moods of the ocean. The unified design by Blue Heron, an innovative, design-led development firm, includes a floating bridge, cascading water walls, a lap pool, a glass foyer and automated doors that blend the more than 3,000 square feet of outdoor living spaces with the fully furnished 6,800square-foot sustainable home. The master suite has been laid out strategically using glass to allow for ocean views

from every angle, including the bathroom, closet and outdoor shower. A rooftop entertainment space boasts a 270-degree view and comes with a spa, bar, outdoor cooking area, and a space shaded by a trellis of solar panels with strategically placed TVS. The four-bedroom home also includes media, wine and game rooms, as well as a sunken open-air lounge. An elevator and three-story stairwell provide access to multiple levels. The home comes fully furnished with custom pieces that complement the clean architectural lines. It features two complete outdoor kitchens in addition to the interior chef’s kitchen and four full bathrooms as well as two half baths.
