Carlyle in Carlsbad selling fast; only few homes available
Carlyle Carlsbad Village’s urban oasis environment is a popular new-home choice for homebuyers. Only seven condominiums and four of the newly completed townhomes and single-family residences remain available. And the community of contemporary Craftsman-style homes recently celebrated the opening of its resort-like pool. Homes range in size from 1,636 to 2,711 square feet with two to three bedrooms are priced from the low $1 millions to mid $2 millions. Carlyle defines the concept of destination living, with an opportunity to live in a newly constructed home in walkable Carlsbad Village among casual, coastal boutiques, restaurants, entertainment options, and of course, the beach. Carlyle’s condos offer single-level living while the townhomes and single-family residences introduce three-story floor plans into the community and are designed to embrace the best of casual beach living. Carlyle has just begun accepting preview appointments on these homes, which include two-car garages with storage and direct home access, private elevators for each home and a separate entrance off Home Ave. The open floor plans highlight great rooms, gourmet kitchens with dining islands and indoor/outdoor living with expansive decks. Featuring first-floor bedroom suites with bonus rooms, these homes create a private area for guests or additional family members. All Carlyle homes showcase large outdoor decks accessed through pocket door systems up to 12 feet wide; spacious laundry rooms and bonus storage; luxury plank flooring; Bertazzoni 48-inch gas ranges and double ovens; built-in Sub-zero refrigerators; quartz countertops; and more.
