SURVIVOR FAITH

- By Loreto M. Castillo

The wind blowing from the east Comes with causing illness I hope nobody bit it GOD!, reminding our faith.

A poor man catches it It causes him so sick But life gets strong by faith We should believe to live.

To survive from this sickness Not just to lay down and grieve All possible relief

May be solution to take.

Turning your back not easy ’Cause it’s hugging your body Faith made poor man get fine Wearing my shoes, soak in the sun.

Castillo is a 69-year-old retired postal worker from Eastlake and a COVID-19 survivor.
