Our Beloved Mother, Consuelo San Nicolas, was like a rose bud that blossomed into a gorgeous rose. It was on March 21, 2021, that Consuelo went peacefully at her home, in San Diego, California at the age of 91. Just as a rose’s beauty is not fully appreciated until it comes into full bloom, so was the life of Consuelo who reached her potential, a point in her life where she could flourish and enjoy family and friends. Her sweet fragrance of beauty will be remembered by those who she embraced, held, encouraged, and made laugh.
