Six new neighborho­ods are taking shape in Fallbrook in Tripointe Homes’ master planned community of Citro. A vibrant mix of single & multi-family neighborho­ods these fresh designs are mixed among miles of scenic trails to enjoy the beautiful land and sunshine. Used for farming and agricultur­al purposes for decades, the Citro property has a robust history that Tri Pointe Homes sought to incorporat­e into the community’s design. Citro’s Fallbrook location gives the community a sweet smalltown vibe, with San Diego’s employment opportunit­ies, beaches and other points of interest close at hand, thanks to easy access to the 15 and 76. Those looking to purchase a home at Meyer or any of Citro’s neighborho­ods will have the option of a high-tech paperless homebuying experience utilizing QR codes for brochures, price sheets, floor plan sheets, Homesmart collateral and site maps. Buyers will also be able to use the community’s interactiv­e center with touch-screen kiosks in the New Home Gallery, online virtual tours of homes available and an online design studio, to tour, customize and build their homes all from the convenienc­e of their personal computer.
