Brother Benno’s holds COVID-19 vaccination clinic

Oceanside-based nonprofit Brother Benno’s recently held a COVID-19 vaccination clinic, which drew 80 community members to its center on Production Avenue. Pictured is the first person to get vaccinated with a volunteer health care worker at the center. Most of those vaccinated were homeless or Brother Benno’s volunteers. The nonprofit offers food, clothing and services to help the area’s working poor and homeless. It also runs a 26-week, 12-step recovery program and seven recovery houses. Visit brotherbenno.org.
