RISK MANAGEMENT SESSION FROM SDAR COVERS NEW POLICY ON STANDARD PRACTICES

Realtors adhere to a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice set forth by the National Associatio­n of Realtors (NAR). In a live webinar on Tuesday, May 18, Brian Polinsky, Associate Counsel for California Associatio­n of Realtors, covers the new “Standards of Practice 10-5” -- the policy, its applicatio­n, and the new sanctionin­g guidelines.

The session is hosted by the Risk Management Committee of the Greater San Diego Associatio­n of Realtors (SDAR).

RED SHOE DAY FOR REALTORS

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR), one of San Diego County’s largest real estate trade groups for San Diego-area realtors, has formed “Team PSAR” to collect donations online until June 3 as part of the annual Red Shoe Day fundraiser benefiting Ronald Mcdonald House, a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill or injured children being treated at San Diego hospitals. The donations will assist with operating expenses for Ronald Mcdonald House, 56-room lodge and day-use center in Serra Mesa. Typically, Red Shoe Day features volunteers carrying iconic red shoes stationed at major intersecti­ons to collect cash donations during the morning commute. PSAR OFFERS UPDATES TO ZIPFORM PLUS

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR) will present a free webinar on Lone Wolf’s Zipform Plus edition, a paperless transactio­n management system for realtors, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, May 20 over Zoom. The webinar will cover updates to Zipform templates, sharing documents and photos, MLS connection and instructio­ns on signing documents digitally. Zipform is a software platform that helps realtors complete contracts and manage transactio­ns more efficientl­y. Instructor will be Jan Farley, 2018 PSAR president and certified Zipform instructor. SDAR AND CBA HOST WEBINAR TO OUTLINE COMMERCIAL LOANS
