Summer camp spots available at north coastal Boys & Girls Clubs

The Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito still has spots available for weeklong Summer Adventure Camps, which run from June 14 to Aug. 12. The camps are open for kids ages 5 to 12. The Summer Day Camps run from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and include arts and crafts, games, active play and computer activities each day. Specialty Camps are offered from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and range from science, cooking and dance to superheroes. All programming and activities have been thoughtfully planned to promote fun while physically distancing and maintaining all safety protocols. In addition to Summer Adventure Camps, sports, aquatics and music programs for various age groups are available, as well as a Leaders in Training program for youths ages 13 to 15.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito has seven clubhouses in Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Encinitas and Solana Beach. The organization also offers year-round resources for parents, including after-school programs with fitness and recreation and healthy lifestyle options.
