FAIR HOUSING IS DISCUSSED IN SDAR COURSE

PSAR OFFERS LICENSE RENEWAL COURSE

The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) will host an online license renewal crash course for the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) sales license from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday, April 8, over Zoom. Cost is $85. The course is offered through Real Estate Video Educational Institute, Inc. (Revei), an Orange County-based real estate continuing education company that has been in business for 32 years. Revei offers a money-back guarantee on passing the DRE online final exam -- if you don’t pass, you don’t pay. FREE SHREDDING AT PSAR OFFICE

The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) will provide free paper shredding and electronic recycling from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, at PSAR’S South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The drive-up and drop-off event is open to the public. Accepted items (10-box maximum) include paper products, file folders, hanging files, checkbooks, magazines, notebooks and envelopes. Accepted electronics include computers, laptops, notebooks, gaming systems, monitors, tablets, keyboards, copiers, fax machines, scanners, TVS, radios and stereos, speakers, VCRS, DVDS, ink and toner cartridges, cords and wires.
