FAIR HOUSING IS DISCUSSED IN SDAR COURSE

PSAR OFFERS LICENSE RENEWAL COURSE

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR) will host an online license renewal crash course for the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) sales license from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday, April 8, over Zoom. Cost is $85. The course is offered through Real Estate Video Educationa­l Institute, Inc. (Revei), an Orange County-based real estate continuing education company that has been in business for 32 years. Revei offers a money-back guarantee on passing the DRE online final exam -- if you don’t pass, you don’t pay. FREE SHREDDING AT PSAR OFFICE

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR) will provide free paper shredding and electronic recycling from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, at PSAR’S South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The drive-up and drop-off event is open to the public. Accepted items (10-box maximum) include paper products, file folders, hanging files, checkbooks, magazines, notebooks and envelopes. Accepted electronic­s include computers, laptops, notebooks, gaming systems, monitors, tablets, keyboards, copiers, fax machines, scanners, TVS, radios and stereos, speakers, VCRS, DVDS, ink and toner cartridges, cords and wires.
