April 10 TEMECULA Sunday Funday at Vail HQ

The monthly Coffee with the City of Wildomar series continues at 8:30 a.m. April 12. The Murrieta/wildomar Chamber of Commerce holds its monthly networking breakfast on April 14. April 16 TEMECULA Easter egg hunts
The city of Temecula will host Easter egg hunts at three sites for children up to 12 years old at from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16. Children can also get their face painted and have pictures taken with the Easter Bunny. The hunts begin at 10 a.m. at Temeku Hills Park, 31367 La Serena Way; Patricia H. Birdsall Sports Park, 32380 Deer Hollow Way; and Harveston Community Park, 28582 Harveston Drive.
April 16 LAKE ELSINORE Spring Jamboree
The city of Lake Elsinore will host a Spring Jamboree, including an egg hunt for kids ages 2 to 7, vendor booths, food, live entertainment and other activities, from 9 a.m. to noon April 16 at Mcvicker Canyon Park, 29355 Mcvicker Canyon Park Road. The Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library will hold its annual Adult Spelling Bee from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21, at the library, 30600 Pauba Road. Participants will go head-to-head, spelling from a list of predetermined words for a chance to become the spelling champ. The city of Temecula will celebrate Arbor Day with a tree planting ceremony at 9 a.m. Saturday,

Ongoing VALLEYWIDE Blood donations
Donations of blood and plasma are needed for patients throughout the region. Lifestream continues to host mobile blood drives at various locations as well as collections at its regular locations. Face coverings are required of all donors, regardless of location, and all potential donors are subject to a temperature check and COVID-19 symptom review before admission to the donor waiting area. All donations are tested for the presence of COVID-19 antibodies. The Murrieta donation center is at 40365 Murrieta Hot Springs Road, and is open seven days a week; hours vary.
