SDAR WEBINAR COVERS SELLING NEW HOMES
New homes have been known to be the easiest “sell” in real estate. And compared to resales, new homes are getting easier to sell every day. In a webinar on Tuesday, April 12, at 8:00 a.m., the founder of New Home Co-broker Academy, David Fletcher, will be sharing ten easy ways to make sales in a way you will never forget. You will learn that new homes are the most accessible homes to find, show and close. The Greater San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) hosts the live classroom training at SDAR’S Kearny Mesa offices. Find these and other SDAR classes being offered online or in person at www.sdar.com/education or call (858) 715-8000.
TRAIN ON PURCHASE AGREEMENT IN SDAR WEBINAR
For the first time since 2014, the California Association of Realtors has issued a complete makeover of the standard Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA), the standard form used in the overwhelming majority of California home sales. The form was recently released, so it’s important for agents to get detailed instructions on how to properly complete and use the RPA. Join contract expert Kevin M. Burke, JD, from the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) for a webinar training on Wednesday, April 13, at 2:00 p.m. Find these and other SDAR classes being offered online or in person at www.sdar.com/education or call (858) 715-8000.
HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LEAVE-BEHIND
The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) will present a free, live webinar on the Realtors Property Resource (RPR), an online tool that helps realtors create impressive-looking, leave-behinds for clients, from 9 to 10 a.m., Thursday, April 14, over Zoom. Presented by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the webinar will teach the skills necessary to put together a winning listing presentation that interprets data, identifies trends and helps sellers digest information in a way that helps them make better, informed decisions, while increasing efficiency in the marketplace. RPR offers information on school reports, historical data and geographical details, such as flood and heat maps. For information, call PSAR at (619) 421-7811, or visit www.psar.org.
DOWN PAYMENT OPTIONS FROM PSAR
The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) will host a free, live webinar over Zoom for realtors on down payment options from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 20. Taught by the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), the webinar will cover Down Payment Resource (DPR), an online resource that tracks more than 2,000 homeownership programs available from housing finance agency partners. The webinar also will cover how realtors can use DRP as a lead generation and marketing resource tool and how clients can use DPR in their client portals. CRMLS is the nation’s largest subscriber-based MLS serving more than 110,000 real estate professionals from dozens of associations, boards and MLS organizations. For information, visit www.psar.org or call (619) 421-7811.
