Join renowned “tech guru” Jeffrey Raskin for a dynamic full day of instruction presenting the cybersecurity threats faced by real estate professionals and outlining a game plan for protecting your business. Raskin also covers the paperless office, zipform®, Connect MLS, and more. The course is Tuesday, September 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) Kearny Mesa headquarters. PSAR OPENS EVENT CENTER
The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and volunteer recognition celebration starting at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, for its new PSAR Event Center at the PSAR East County Service Center, 1150 Broadway, El Cajon. A 3,200-square-foot meeting room, now called the PSAR Event Center, was recently remodeled with new flooring, walls, ceiling and commercial-grade kitchen, as well as a new audio-visual system with mounted video monitors. The Event Center, with 180-person capacity, will be available soon for booking private events, including family gatherings, company business meetings, community meetings and industry workshops. LUXURY HOME MARKET CLASS PRESENTED AT SDAR SITE
Develop the market expertise and savvy customer service skills necessary for success in the luxury home market. On Wednesday, September 28, the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) presents a live CRS course to provide agents with a strategy to break into the luxury market and valuable tools to successfully differentiate their business and compete. The course is from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at SDAR’S Kearny Mesa headquarters. The cost is $99 (or $75 for CRS members). Attendees may also choose to take the course virtually.
