The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) will present a free webinar for realtors on user benefits from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 6 over Zoom. The virtual training class will cover an overview of CRMLS systems and products, including Cloud CMA, RPR, Down Payment Resource, List Reports, Rate Plug and other tools that can bolster a realtor’s business. PSAR RECOGNIZES LATINO HERITAGE MONTH
The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) is joining the California Association of Realtors (CAR) in recognizing Latino Heritage Month throughout September. CAR has launched the Latino Professional Network (LPN), an inclusive community of realtors dedicated to increasing business opportunities, advancing leadership and uniting voices to champion access to homeownership. CAR said LPN seeks to provide real estate professionals with tools to meet homeownership demands of the growing multicultural majority in California and to advocate for policy positions at the state level that will reduce barriers to homeownership for marginalized communities.
