Jacqueline Sorben

August 26, 1948 - October 16, 2022

SAN DIEGO, CA — Jacqueline Sorben was born in West Point, N.Y. An Air Force brat, she lived all over the world before settling in San Diego.

She graduated from San Diego State University and taught for San Diego Unified School District for 37 years. It was the best career and she loved all of her students and was so proud of their achievements.

She leaves behind her brother Cornel Tanassy, his wife Elaine and nephew Colton, as well as many dear and cherished friends. Jacqueline had a good life.
